The Adult Novelty Manufacturer's Expo (aka ANME Founders Show) was held over the weekend of January 7th & 8th at the Burbank Marriott Hotel & Convention Center.
"Isn't that the show in Las Vegas?" No, ANME is a different trade show than the AEE show in Vegas. Unlike AEE, ANME is not open to the public. You have to either work for a manufacturer, distributor or adult retailer who qualifies to attend.
The major five (aka The Founders) of the adult novelty industry are the ones who put on the ANME Founders Show twice a year. Other manufacturers and distributors also take up exhibit space where they debut their latest and greatest in the form of adult novelties, pleasure products, lubricants, supplements and more.
With over 100 exhibitors and literally thousands of products on display, it's difficult to recap the best-of in a single blog post. So we're going to boil it down to the 10 items that caught our eye at first glance:
1. Pipedream Products added several new male masturbation sleeves, but one of the more unique was the Cocktrainer Sleeve, which is to help guys fight premature ejaculation. There are three of them, one that is ass shaped, mouth shaped and a vagina. Each has a vibrating ring with a stop-watch type timer so you can see how long you can last each time you use it.
2. Doc Johnson released a new line of vibrators that fans of Alice in Wonderland are going to get a kick out of. Even though they aren't officially licensed Alice merchandise, the manufacturer captured the feel of Wonderland in both the packaging and the vibes themselves.
3. Cal Exotics featured its new Intensity massager which is made to not only produce more intense orgasms but strengthen kegals as well. 5. Sportsheets added some new items to their Sex & Mischief collection of couture BDSM gear. It's all so awesome we can't boil it down to one item from the line. The photos on the packaging look like ads in glamour and fashion magazines. Seriously, the box could be sitting on your coffee table next to Harper's Bazaar magazine and your grandmother would probably be more offended by the magazine. The line consists of good, solid BDSM gear for couples at an affordable price.
6. Fleshlight unveiled a new, smaller masturbator that is intended for those who are traveling. You know, so you can fit it in that special compartment in your luggage. The sleek design of the body will look like a men's razor case and wont called out unwanted attention from TSA or relatives who might peak inside your suitcase once you arrive. Expected to be available mid-February.
7. Screaming O is stepping away from it's flagship disposable vibrating cockring product into discreet vibes disguised as make up with its new Studio Collection. Everything about the line looks chick, sophisticated and high-end. Everything except the price that is. We can't wait to bring this collection home to you.

The Adult Novelty Manufacturer's Expo was founded by the "Founders" of the adult novelty industry, meaning the original big five companies that started making sex toys. The Founders include: California Exotic Novelties, Doc Johnson, Nasstoys, Pipedream Products and Topco Sales. Each of these manufacturers have released some of our favorite items and inspired lots of new manufacturers to spring up making niche products and high end designs.
